A fun, energizing class that builds strength, flexibility, and confidence - designed just for teen.

Strength & Balance
Wednesday 12.15-1.15pm
Our sessions consist of chair, standing, walking and weight exercises. These movements mimic our acts of daily living making them essential for the ageing process. Booking in advance is essential for this class.

More importantly tea, coffee and biscuits provided afterwards.

Pilates
Wednesday 7.00-8.00pm
Pilates is a great way to strengthen your core, improve posture, increase flexibility, and move with confidence. It is a full -body workout that leaves you feeling strong and balanced​.​

Boot Camp
Tuesday & Thursday 5.15-6.00pm
​Our outdoor & indoor boot camp is a 6 week exercise program that incorporates high intensity resistance, strength and cardiovascular exercise as well as flexibility/ stretching and health tips. The boot camp includes constant motivation, technique correction, positive reinforcement, and a fun, safe environment for all different fitness levels, ages and sizes that everyone can benefit from.
